Hello again. Thank you for being here with me once more. I hope you are very well today. I am Mari.
Welcome to my channel. This information can be seen as science fiction or as the viewer sees best, and I post it for entertainment purposes only. Still, I take my information very seriously, and for whoever has eyes to see. I am writing this on the morning of December 22nd, 2024.
This is an important video because no one has described and explained the communication restrictions we are under, at least not in one single video as a subject. I know they have been mentioned countless times before but only as part of other subjects, never together.
First, I must mention the context, which is the Matrix of Earth. Earth’s culture and society is a highly controlled, isolated realm where reality and its rules, as well as its entire cosmology, are based on self-contained and self-corroborated mathematical models in base 10, which does not reflect the outside world. All what is considered possible and all what is not is based on a limited science which acts in a dogmatic way and which scientific method not only cannot explain everything that exists, but when it can explain something uncomfortable, it is quickly censored and swept under the rug in favor of what is socially accepted. Science on Earth is a caricature of the real science and mathematics in base 12 which is used by countless other civilizations of human Lyran origin and not. It is only a make-believe, pseudo-logical, and pseudo-scientific control mechanism to keep the people under the control of the powers that be, powers which extend far beyond the frontiers of the planet.
On Earth nowadays, truth as such, to all the extent of the word, is based on what that pseudoscience dictates, and the people must never question its authority and follow what its priests in white robes, the scientists, say is real and what is not. But those priests of the new dogmatic religion called «science» only follow what is expected of them, as they are part of organizations and other control mechanisms which restrict them to only share what is imposed by those above them and who by authority control each subject of scientific study. In this case, I mean each case of pseudoscientific study. Science on Earth is used as an unquestionable religion, which is the same thing as dogma, where its scientific method, which is also limited in itself, is used as an excuse to impose ideas and false truths which are to the convenience of those in power. And many times, those truths come from twisted experiments or falsely used scientific methods. The ones in power use science as an excuse to validate whatever they want, twisting it to their convenience. The ones in power dictate what results science will give the people. Therefore, what the bulk of the population of planet Earth believes is real and possible is based on manipulative lies.
Making things worse, there are other brainwashing mechanisms on Earth which are used to mind-control the population into thinking and believing whatever the ones in power want. But I cannot elaborate in that direction in this video, as I would digress. What people believe is what they manifest as their personal and collective reality, as they can only generate what is at the level of their conscious awareness. People on Earth mainly agree about what is reality, which is why we many times say that an existential realm is based on perception agreements, which can also be explained by simply saying that people live and experience a realm because their vibration coincides. Besides, thoughts are vibrations.
All this means that the existential realm of Earth, which includes its culture and society, only can exist because it is isolated from the rest of the galactic community. After all, if they had full open contact, their cherished Earth Matrix with all its values and attributes would dissolve and cease to exist. The only way to keep Earth as it is is to keep it isolated, which means that other people not from Earth, as well as other species, should never be able to show themselves openly, as that would shatter the very ideas which are the base of the Matrix.
Then, after having explained all that, we came to the main point of this video. Who ultimately controls Earth, its society, culture, and its Matrix is the Galactic Federation, thus leaving governments and the secret societies that control them only as tentacles of the Federation, more of its henchmen and part of the same organization. They have been fiddling with the idea of introducing the galactic community into Earth’s culture for some time now, perhaps anticipating an inevitable collapse of the Matrix, as a lie cannot be sustained forever. We can see this nowadays with all the drone craziness going on all over the world because, in my opinion, it is nothing but another attempt to gauge and see how the human population handles aliens and their presence on Earth. I am quite sure the drone subject goes all the way up to the Galactic Federation, which is full of real aliens, yes. Yet that does not mean that the drone subject is real as such, as there are many levels to it, but there is no invasion as Earth is already invaded, and everything else is just more attempts to normalize the galactic community.
Another of those Galactic Federation attempts was the so-called First Contact Project, which was supposedly designed to try out and gauge the preparedness of the human population for direct contact with their cosmic kin, the group of Lyran-human extraterrestrials. Thousands of human-looking extraterrestrials flooded the web and social media with written-only communication with anyone from the public. Yet we now know it was designed to fail because open contact would eventually escalate to the point where it could threaten the integrity of the Matrix. This is when this kind of written contact first started, sometime back in 2009, yet it peaked around 2016 and then disappeared almost entirely towards the end of 2017. What remains is this YouTube channel and what Robert of Despejando Enigmas and Gosia of Cosmic Agency share. This written-only communication method was developed by the Galactic Federation, and it is only we who are keeping it alive, despite the possibility of one or another non-human talking out there this way, which I do not know about. It is possible.
There are a set of rules and regulations the Galactic Federation, as the ultimate owner of Earth, imposed onto all its members and visiting species, and they are quite inflexible as they are meant to conserve the integrity of their cherished Matrix. There is one set of rules and regulations for extraterrestrials who do not look human or human enough, and those are the strictest, as they are not allowed on the surface of the planet at all, nor are they allowed to use any communication method unless they are being strictly monitored by their personnel, or else they would be expelled. But the set of rules and regulations which concern us are the ones imposed onto all human-looking extraterrestrials, especially those which share the same or similar enough genetics as Earth humans. And this is where we come in as Taygetans.
One of the basic rules human-looking extraterrestrials must know and follow is that although some of them are allowed to go down to the surface of the planet as step-downs, the very second they step off their spacecraft, they are under human law and they will be treated as more Earth humans. All step-downs must follow Earth’s laws and rules, as well as suffer the consequences of not following them while they are on the surface of the planet. As step-downs, they must not provide any visible or circumstantial proof of them not being of human origin. This means that non-human step-downs may not be showing off in public any technology, machines, or gadgets which are not of Earth origin. This goes hand-in-hand with one of the lines of the Prime Directive, which states that extraterrestrials may not use any form of communication above Earth’s level of technological development, and neither can they introduce new ones into Earth’s culture and society.
Human-looking extraterrestrials are not allowed to initiate any form of direct contact in person with any Earth inhabitant who knows they are not human, yet they can interact with members of the human population freely as long as they believe they are simply more humans. From starships in Earth’s orbit, extraterrestrials are not allowed to use real audio for communication, even if the technological means used are human. The Federation states that this is to prevent extraterrestrials from manipulating humans. This is supposed to be so because many space Lyran humans use verbal telepathic languages, where although they still use the spoken word, it is heavily loaded with telepathic data which augments its meaning, thus permitting a much broader flow of data. If the use of the spoken word is permitted, it is feared that the added telepathic load would be used to mind-control the human receptors and/or provide proof of the existence of extraterrestrials. I am aware that the cabal on Earth, which is Galactic Federation controlled, wants to implant the existence of extraterrestrials into the minds of the population, yet they want and need to do this their way. They do not want any rogue and uncontrollable non-humans to initiate or prove anything behind their backs. Remember that they want and need to control how the population sees and interprets non-humans, so they cannot permit those to go around talking freely.
The next rule and regulation we are under is that no images or photographs can be allowed to be shared with any human on the surface of the planet. This is only logical because if that were allowed, then plenty of proof of the existence of extraterrestrials would reach the human population. The problem with this is that it is way too strict, making it nearly impossible to pass a simple image or a photograph of our faces without having it processed by at least one computer program that alters the original image enough, thus discrediting its authenticity in the process. We have been on our toes for years trying to pass simple, innocent pictures of ourselves.
Then here I must mention how the Galactic Federation censorship works. Nearly everything nowadays is digital and works through the internet, which is controlled by a series of artificial intelligence nodes, most of which are on Earth. Some of those nodes are well known, such as the infamous «Red Queen» computer or the obvious Google control algorithms, among many others. But the main internet control artificial intelligence is Federation-controlled by their non-human quantum holographic computers linked to the web. There is a very strong artificial intelligence filtering everything that we send and transmit, and it is embedded in the very digital fabric of the internet. If we send an original image or an audio file, either it simply will not load onto the web, or it will with errors, becoming useless. Audio files may not play, and if they do, they may only be background noise, and photographs usually appear as a black rectangle.
We have been battling this irrational filter for years now, and this is the reason why I must always use this hideous robotic voice and ugly computer-generated images with deformed fingers and eyes. As for my photographs, they are the best representation possible of how I truly look, although some originals have miraculously passed the filters. We simply cannot give any direct proof that we even exist, as everything we do must have a human explanation. All this I just said can be taken as an excuse not to give any proof, I know, and that’s the whole point of those restrictions. We do not give more because we cannot give more. And this written communication with a robot voice aid is a lot.
If you observe how ferociously the Federation tries to conserve its cherished Matrix, all I have is what I say, what I write here, as if I were talking to you. That’s why it is up to you to decide if we are real, if I am real. That is why I will never generate a computer text, as my fingers and what they write are the only things that are truly coming from me, with no filter, or almost with no filter. Just what I am allowed to talk about and what not here on YouTube. Ironically, many times my group and I have been discredited because we say too much, because we are too communicative and give too many details about everything we talk about. This is because we do not conform to the expectations the appointed experts have imposed on the human population about how contact with extraterrestrials should be. Think about what they expect; perhaps short, confusing, imprecise messages would be more credible.
I do what I can here, dear friends, and I only wish I could get closer to all of you, perhaps using more advanced human technology. This will be all for today.
